Hey, I’m Matt.
I’m a speaker, business leader, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of service, leadership, and growth.

By day, I serve as the VP of Business Development at Clearview Washing, a leading exterior cleaning company, and I’m also the founding partner of Earn Your Stripes, a growing fitness studio franchise. My experience spans two very different industries, but one truth holds: strong teams build strong businesses.

That’s the heart of my message when I speak. With over 20 years of leadership experience across fitness, franchising, and home services, I bring real-world insight to stages, workshops, and conferences helping teams lead better, serve better, and grow with purpose.
