Hey, I’m Matt! I’m the VP of Business Development at Clearview Washing, founding partner of the Earn Your Stripes franchise boutique studio, and a proud husband and father based in New Jersey.

For over 20 years, I’ve built my career as an executive, consultant, and speaker, primarily in the fitness industry. Recently, I made the leap into the booming home services industry, bringing the same passion, strategy, and customer experience focus to a whole new arena.
